Ya I know these parts of PLA2.0 , i have retro fitted my Superb & Yeti and PLA 2.0 works just fine.
But I was wondering if any one has tried with the CAN lines of 7E0 BCM in 6R. I m sure it will work in 6C cause of seperate CAN.

I think the first thing to investigate is if the other units involved in this system can manage this function in your 6R. I think not, but since these units have been changing over the years I can not say that it is not possible. (I haven't done any thorough research, I don't have time as you already know :wink:)

In the tutorial for Golf VII (XaGiCo) you can clearly see all the units that need to be coded.
Hmm ... if I had a Golf VII already I would have done it. (with this guide :))

Will led headlamps work with the bcm 6RU 937 087M?
Do we need to change the wiring ?
Which function of led headlamps may not support to stock BCM?

I think only auto level function won't work.
Or I need to change bcm at any cost ?
Any other device sensor required for auto level or it's already installed due to dsg hill hold function ?

Ok!! So over the weekend I have completed the installation of Ciclo's harness exactly as per instructions. The instrucions were beautifully described by Ciclo in the installation guide 8)

Below is the scan report. Now few queries and trouble shooting.

1) My DRLs are not working !! Right now the DRLs are working more like parking lights only when the low beam switches on. Once again I will remind you that my front lights are after market Chinese ones with 10 pin connector. How do I solve this issue?
2) My interior lights (lights in the window switches, dash board buttons, light switch, mirror adjustment knob) are not working. Is it a coding issue or blown fuse problem?
3) "Coming home" function is not working. However "Leaving Home" function working perfectly.
4) I have yet not ordered the dimming light switch and hence one of the error in the BCM
5) There is an error in HVAC.

1 --> I don't know since the OEM wiring is not made for aftermarket headlights. maybe check with the
2 , 4 and 5 are related. did you make a new cable between the dimmer and the BCM (T73b/4 and T6aa/3 iirc)? then it will be resolved after the dimmer is fit
3 --> did you pull high beam shortly, before opening the door after switching ignition off and removing key?

concerning the adaptive lights, do you have static cornering lights in the foglights?

rdasadia, the next thing you are going to read is in funny way, not personal, or similar ... ( myself should apply me this same story for many things I do)

Please install the appropriate parts:
1- The most urgent thing is the dimmer, your current dimmer does not have the necessary pin-terminal (T6/3). (read instructions guide :wink: )
2- Do what you said you were going to do, install the Binexon headlights and dismantle those monstrous :lol: headlamps.
The BCM coding is done based on what you said you were going to do.

Everything will work perfectly when you do what you said you were going to do.

My wiring, my coding and my instructions are correct (perfect) according to what you said you were going to do, ...remember that I insisted on this many times, here in the forum, by email, etc...
(I had the impression that you did not pay enough attention :lol:)
For example, you would know that the Coming Home function is semiautomatic if you put enough attention and read the instructions (including links)...

Please install the appropriate parts:

2- Do what you said you were going to do, install the Binexon headlights and dismantle those monstrous :lol: headlamps.
The BCM coding is done based on what you said you were going to do.

Everything will work perfectly when you do what you said you were going to do.

My wiring, my coding and my instructions are correct (perfect) according to what you said you were going to do, ...remember that I insisted on this many times, here in the forum, by email, etc...
(I had the impression that you did not pay enough attention :lol:)
For example, you would know that the Coming Home function is semiautomatic if you put enough attention and read the instructions (including links)...

I agree absolutely your instruction , harness and coding is perfect. Ofcourse I will be installing the dimmer switch and have already ordered the original bi xenon front lights.

I also agree sometimes I don read all instructions completely. Impatient that I am :oops: :? Please tell why is "coming home" function semi automatic?

Well, as far as I know the BCM PQ25 is not ready for the automatic Coming Home function. On pq25 platform this feature is not dependent on the light sensor (such as the leaving home function), depends (among others) on the door signals, and needs the driver action (pull from stalk).

Hmm... imagine that you park at night in a lit area (with streetlights), the illumination power from streetlights is not enough to prevent that works the Coming Home function in case it was automatic (through the light sensor), if it was automatic your lights would be working unnecessarily...
... not in all cases...

If you have to pull from stalk, you decide if you need this function...

On other VW models it is possible to code as automatic, but for the pq25 platform we need a genius (with lamp :lol:) to figure out how to make this function automatic (e.g, when removing the key from the ignition switch).

As for your Polo, thank you very much for all the information you provided me by email, it is of great value to me ...
Please, can you do a test on your 6R?, with VCDS uncheck Byte2 Bit1 from your instrument cluster and tell me if the direct TPMS is still working without vcds faults.

If you need a new BCM coding for your 6R tell me what lights and wires (all) you currently have installed, please one by one (better by email), It will be a provisional coding until you install the dimmer and Bixenon headlights.
