The wiring for the auto dimming mirror and RLS that I made for you has a T6 connector installed for the dimming mirror.
The mirror that you now want to install needs a T8 connector.

I asked you about this and I told you that all the mirrors did not have the same connectors to be able to manufacture your wiring for RLS and auto dimming mirror. (check private messages)

If you now install 3G0857511E mirror you need to change the T6 connector for a T8 connector.

The pin assignment is the same, but the pins (contact terminals) are not the same.

His bluemotion has a 3AA mount for 1K0 sensor due to the humidity sensor (old model), which involves a mirror 1K0857511E with T6 connector.

1K0 RLS will work fine in your current setup, but then the 3G0 mirror will not fit the retaining plate mount bracket on current the windshield

Different retaining plates for different mirrors, as simple as that.
