Hello,
this is the printscreen from ETKA
There is no PR CODES for camera (KA0 or KA1), so i guess your infotainment is not capable for rear view camera.

Thanks for your input.
I just connected car with VCDS and tried to change the coding at "5F" module same as you did, and surprisingly I was able to activate Bit4 (Rear view camera [PR-KA1]) without any issues.
I restarted my radio by holding the button for some seconds and now when I put the car in reverse I am getting the notification on display: "Reversing camera is currently not available", same notification that you had when not installing the camera correctly. Also I am having a faulty code B1102 31: Rear view camera no signal, same as you had on your side.
I just wanted to test the system without connecting a camera first and just to be sure that the radio support rear view camera input.
Based on error that I am getting, I think the head unit is searching for a reverse camera signal and I am also getting rear view mirror when I put my car on reverse, I think I have a good chance of making it work. What do you think?

this is a positive message. I can't say if it will work or not.
You can remove the infotainment and check the presence of pins where the camera will be connected

Hi there! Today I was able to test the functionality of aftermarket camera as we were discussing before.
My OEM radio is able to get the signal even that it doesn't have KA1 mark on the image that you sent to me before. All I had to do was to activate reverse camera on VCDS.
For everyone that wants to use NTSC camera on 6C0035869A, IT WORKS

Hi guys,
My wife has a 2015 Polo 6C with front and rear parking sensors and I installed the original rear camera.
When coding the 5F rear camera RVC unit, the radio displays the message (optical parking system (OPS is currently unavailable)
In the 5F fault memory, the control unit error is incorrectly coded.
Can you please advise me how to code it correctly?

I'm updating my post.
I had a bad radio 867B doesn't support camera. I replaced the radio with 869B and the camera works !!
