Cheers Nigel. I think i am going to try and get some black visors but leave the centre light and alarm ultrasonic box beige to make them stand out.

Tried the Fabia vRS? They have black headlining/visors/lights etc. Not sure if they'll be the right size or not though. . .
Something I've wanted to do for a while this, and I think you've persuaded me - nice job.

So as the summer season looms ever closer and I have a spare 5 mins break from university I thought i would treat the old dear to a bit of cosmetic work. It was a complete state before I started covered in tar spots and general atmospheric s**t. So spent the past 2 days cleaning it. If any ones interested these are the steps I took to achieve this finish:
- Full jet wash using strong soap to strip back the original layers of wax etc
- Towl dried
- Rear lights removed and cleaned
- Autoglym plastic and bumper gel on mud flaps, splitter, mirror surrounds and grills
- Vinyl and rubber care on the window surrounds
- AG's Tar & Glue remover on worst patches
- Windows cleaned with AG's fast glass, followed by AG's glass polish
- 2nd wash using 2 bucket method with AG's wash and wax
- Towl dried
- Clayed whole car twice
- AG's Super Resin Polish all over
- Sealed with AG's HD Wax with 2 coats
Very happy with results and I don't think the car has ever been in such good condition since I bought it 2 years ago. Some pictures from the clean:
I will be 21 in about 2 weeks and hoping to fund a digital SLR so hopefully get some better pictures instead of these iPhone ones. My dad has also bought a Makita 9227CB machine polisher and hoping to see what results i can get with that but I will be practicing on my 1.0 6N2 first

Looks great man. Machine polishing will make the paintwork look like new. Just take your time with it and have a practice on someone else's first...!!

Thanks for the good feedback

Hoping the rain showers hold off so it doesn't get too dirty
