i wouldnt mind being on the stand actually guys i think the more polos the better theres never enough at vw shows! me wheels are arriving the friday before the show! gonna be a close one!

OK guys, here's the plan:
I need to know who, if anyone, is going to be at the show on Saturday. Feel free to reply here or PM me! Please remember you will need to buy a ticket for the show on entry! Ticket prices on the gate are as stated above in my previous post.
If only one or two of us are interested in going on Saturday (as not much is happening you see) we might as well turn up en masse on Sunday morning to put on a good show for UK-P, IMHO.
Saturday: If anyone is going on the Saturday I will arrange to meet people at the show at midday and hand out the Club Display passes. At the moment it looks like I'll not be camping overnight as I might need to be at home that evening (its only a 90-minute drive for me lol). So I would be back at Bodelwyddan bright and early on Sunday morning at about 08:00-08:30am.
Sunday: For everyone arriving on Sunday, we will need to meet in the car park at Bodelwyddan by 08:30am in order to get in and get the stand organised by 09:00am. Again, I'll hand out the passes when we are there!
@ dave_dub86, I have 10 passes and 10 names - if anyone drops out you are more than welcome to join us
Don't forget your sun-tan lotion
and usual show survival kit (cleaning gear then)

I'm on the clubpolo stand this time round, but I shall come over and chat for sure!
If anyone is interested I am meeting up with a number of people on the way there on Sunday at Keele services just after J15 on the m6.

Anywho, Im meeting up with a lad called tom at the Toyota roundabout connecting the A38 to the A50 first if anyone from the midlands wants to join before going to keele which is pretty much straight off the A50 on the m6
I will post times when i know for sure if anyone is interested

Nice one fellas! A small update then:
Saturday: How does 13:30 sound for a meeting time - in the car park at Bodelwyddan Castle perhaps - I'm just looking to see where the nearest Little Chef/McDonalds/BK is as an alternative meeting point. Will update when I have the information later on this evening!
I'll be around for a good few hours before heading home, I'm not camping over

heyyyyyy havent been on in a while, hopefully the weather holds on for this weekend, every other year the weathers been great, so fingers crossed ay, ill come over to your stand to introduce myself if i dare hehe lol.

Gutted, n iv just spent all afternoon cleaning my car
. Looks good now tho, had both seats out n everything. Its gonna get caked driving there tho
. Quite excited. So who's coming down on the sat then? Are we aiming for 13:30 as a meeting time?

Yep, 13:30 as a meeting time! We will meet at the car park as you eter Bodelwyddan Castle, look for my black Polo GTi! I'm leaving Shrewsbury at 11:45 to be there in good time and try to ensure I'm first on the scene. Call me on my mobile if you need to
Its going to be a bit wet and windy but should be pretty similar to today I hope - scattered showers with a bit of sun here and there! I haven't had the chance to polish my car
