I was gonna just "come out" and admit how much I like her but my sister has advised me to play it cool. I'm just waiting for my first reply to my text

What p*sses me off is these stupid games women have to play. If you pretend you don't like them for some reason they're attracted but if you come out and say how you feel they run a mile.

I spoke to this girl a couple of weeks back on a night out, got her number and texted her for a few days then she stopped texting back, so I thought she wasn't interested. Anyway, last night I see her mate and she's asking me why I'm not going up to speak to her so I say she didn't text me back etc and she just laughs and says "She is interested, seriously just go speak to her". I ask you, what the f*ck?!

Anyway, I met someone else last Friday and seeing her again tomorrow so it's not all bad

I just hope thats the case with mine. I text her last night, she replied, I replied an hour later but still no text And then you don't want to text her again incase you seem desperate

I had that last week when you text them loads, and you reply and you get nothing back. Turns out her phone battery died lol! But you still worry thinking has she turned on me? have i said something bad? lol oh the fear of rejection ey lol

The fear of rejection is the worst part about really liking someone, it also make you realise how much you really like them

God knows how people ever got together before there were mobile phones or text eh !

1 1/5 weeks ago my fiance (sp*) of 2 years turned round and told me she didn't love me any more, its ripped my heart out and i thought that was it, i'm uselss with girls and she was the only one who i actually could speak to properly.

after reading this post though you guys are right and you have helped me a lot, i'm single, 23, got a Uber wide Mk2 polo breadvan, hell i've even got a 6pack.

theres no point in looking back on what could just turn out to make you unhappy if its only you putting the effort in if you know what i mean.

its a new year and i'm getting a new job, why not get a new woman as well.

but i agree with what someone said previously "i hate the games women play"

but once again guys thank you, its nice to know that you can actually call this forum a proper community with people who care and not take the p***.

I managed to get through to the girl, she has been busy with exams but she has taken up my offer of the cinema afterwards - let's hope this is a very good year indeed. Once she sees the leather interior in the Polo!
