Out of curiosity, did you use bolt on hub-centric spacers or did you have enough hub to get the job done with standard 8 & 15mm spacers?

15mm are hub centric. 8mm are hub centralised, but do not have an extension for the wheel.
Neither are bolt on. I dont like those. Harder to check the bolt torque.
