I don't think that is related. You need to check the relay and its wiring. Verify with (i.e.) multimeter

You mean from T6/6 to relay?

That could be related. I was referring to the climatronic SB40

You have a 6R 7L3 with a 7H0 BCM for 7L6. (doesn't help)

So you connected the T16 from manual AC to T16 of climatronic with the same pin layout?

Maybe first make a list, in detail, what you did (wiring, connectors, vcds, you name it) because I'm not following it anymore.

No, I've got wiring with connectors from Climatronic 2010:

I cut T16 from Climatic and I've connected those wires to wiring from Climatronic (all wire colors match)

Please verify all wiring with the wiring diagrams:
