I've yet to see an electric car that I liked except for the Model S / 3.

Hopefully they look better in the future.

Not to disrupt the thread, but has anyone here had their exhaust get louder? Got in it today after a few days standing and the exhaust seems noisier. Can’t see any holes or damage on the ramps and it’s quiet at idle but noisier on acceleration. It’s also not in sport mode.

It’s done 5500 miles so I’m assuming it’s either due to cold temperatures or it’s run in now as fluids and everything are fine. Just wondered if anyone else had this after a certain mileage?

Mine went through this for the second time the other day (9500 miles). Exhaust gets louder, DSG becomes even more jerky, MPG drops, fans are louder and sometimes there's a burning smell.

Took it out for 20 minutes while hammering it a few times and it fixes itself.

Shows you how tastes differ, the M3 reminds me of a 1990s Chrysler Neon and I wouldn't have one because of it.

A deeper exhaust note has been experienced by some owners when the car’s performing a GPF regeneration, so could that be the reason?

It’d be the Polestar for me if I was in the market for an EV and money was no object.

There's something nice about the Tesla's they look good in person. Shame the interior is boring though.

First time seeing that after a Google search. That's a nice looking car, looks good in grey.

Spot on! Good old Neon, I think they were all 3 speed auto?
Some of the more modest Tesla do look a bit 90's Ford Probe / Neon from a distance.
The Model X seem ridiculous like something from Transformers.

Yes, it looks good. I doubt I’ll ever have one though as I don’t need a car that large. Maybe they’ll have developed a model for the small car segment by the time I’m ready to go all electric .

Snap. that is one ace looking car to me.

The Polestar is a gorgeous car. They had a tour thing where they brought the car to various places, they brought it to the Trafford Centre. I overcame my intense hatred of that place and went to have a look- it's gorgeous and the interior is lovely.

Had a look at an ID.3 in Berlin too, and whilst the interior isn't amazing, it's not bad. It's definitely minimalist, but it's relatively sensibly laid out and felt solid. Whether the lack of real HVAC controls is a good idea or not I'm not sure though. Mind you, that seems to be the way the industry is going unfortunately.

I can confirm after going the long way down the motorway, sticking it in manual and revving up to 4000 rpm before taking my foot off its back to normal.
