Car visited TDI North power tuning yesterday for some more work
It's had the RBC Inlet Manifold fitted, S90 70mm throttle body and Hondata K100 ECU

The Sports CAT is literally killing my torque and restricting the power too.
Apparently without the CAT it and a more free flowing B-Pipe it would have pulled close to 250bhp and over 170 ft lbs of torque.
VTEC has been lowered to 5200rpm and revs all the way to 8800rpm
Launch control is now active so I can bounce off the limiter at 4K and launch really smoothly

its great fun
I'm really pleased it broke the 240 mark and its still fully road legal which is cool so I wont have any MOT issues etc.
I will seriously consider Toda cams as the next power upgrade though to get it well over 250bhp but that wont happen anytime soon
