They are only winters :P

I have another set of RX2s, which I might get refurbed and use them instead...whether I can be assed or not is the question!

As for the suspension, no Tom its still same old Eibach springs and good old shocks :)

Price aswell best place to get decent springs and dampers would help me out??

Defo get the original alloys on as winters as there easy to refurb and look better in my opinion!

mate your polo's arse is sitting alot lower than the front? arent the backs adjustable?? i'd have a look as you could do with raising it a bit...and correct me if i'm wrong but suspension only settles when you first fit it...doesnt matter if you remove wheels or not..once the handbrake is off its back to normal

It has to settle every time as the shocks go to full length :P

The back end sits lower due to the sub in the back...and as its only springs, and not shocks to match, there is no adjustment possible

I might look into coilies, but at the moment I am happy as it is :P Besides you only notice if you stare at it haha!

As for how low im sitting, I beleive its about 50mm on VW shocks with Eibach pro springs.

The ride is comfortable, but if you go over a bump its a bit sudden but hey what can you do

As for price - no idea. I didn't fit them so its something i dont have a clue, but H&R or Eibach springs are very good and youll look to pay up to £150 a set for them.

The original alloys just arent for winter in my eyes - in their current condition, I can refurb them with ease...any longer and they will become an absolute b***h!

Car looks pimp alex, you know what I think about those wheels (lucky C*nt :D). I think they really suit and you'd be a fool to replace them with RX's for winter :?

Looks great but you definitely need a new stance now bud :P.

Very true. The difference isn't as big or for as long as when they're new though.

Will look great when down a tad.

i stand corrected lol! i'd just look into some shocks alex, my old cupra was running H&R springs with standard shocks & the difference between what i'm on now is massive...the car is alot more confidence inspiring rather than worrying about falling out of your seat going round corners!

i reckon we get an RR day sorted so you can really find out what its running...i'll be very interested to see the results after the other night

There's a club polo one soon, it's a fair away from the South though IIRC.
