Fair one I'm still undecided as I can't get in **** for driving as it could result in loss of career in worst case sinario. But I've just seen the cone in a box and its only one 90 degree hose so I suppose if that's black and I get the top plate of the 'lid' in black it would look pretty standard. Any thoughts? Page 15 of this thread have a look

Same lad I am a service engineer drive all over the uk . don't think its that bad of a penalty most would be a fine i reckon

They're all done ready to put the lens back on.

After lots of research the best thing to seal them with is butyl sealant so I ordered some hoping it would be here Friday but it didn't arrive so can't seal them till next week.

Will do. Seems to have taken forever to do such a small job but I don't intend on doing this more than once and I'm very happy how they have come out so want to ensure the are sealed correctly and don't ever fog up

I used Butyl and they never fogt/steamed up.
I heated the housing, the glas and the Butyl prior to assembly.

Hi, can you remember what size 90degree pipe you used? Both ends, I think standard maf housing is 70mm correct me if I'm wrong but what size is the other end?

Doors rattle, speakers suck, engine seals gone, interior coin tray cover might as well be put on with selotape, dash is paper thin, can see the outline of the dash airbag, cannot shut the boot too hard incase the spoiler falls off haha.... List is endless..

Had heard the RS Focus were poorly put together, self tappers and double sidded sticky tape etc.
