Yeah that does look like it!
I bought it from the main VW dealer in Crewe, who used to own it?
Edit : Aah so it used to be owned by petrified, just reading up on the history!
Does he still post on here???

Hello!
Fantastic! I hope it is the same car, I had no problems with it. Does it still have the same wheels? I was gutted I had to sell them with the car but very glad you found the flyer. This is the best place to be if you've got a new polo.
The polo was part-exed with a honda garage in the midlands who passed it on to Hartwell I think. The FSI badge has a red I on the back. It should be blue but I couldn't find a replacement, I think red looks better anyway
Tell me it's the same one??
It also had 4 near new toyo's on the wheels.

Yeah it is the same car!
It still has the BBS wheels and the toyo tyres.
Don't worry, it has found a good home! I have been reading your past posts for a more detailed history!

Excellent!
The only problem I did have was with stone chips on the bonnet. Hopefully they may cover it under warrenty? or has it been resprayed?
Does it have the old registration on it? I think it was CK03 something?
I also put some flyers under the rear seats but I think they probably would have spotted them.
hmmm.. cant think of anything else now... other than it likes Optimax. I had 55mpg out of it once (combination of optimax / lightfootedness / patience)
If you have any questions PM me!

Google for "Polo owners club"
North West Polo Club (
www.vwpoloclub.co.uk)
Moment of despair as I realise the only polo owners club I could find was based in the north west
Found a link to
www.uk-polos.net, happy

spent the best part of a year being in a dwindling and badly informed minority on VW-Vortex (bloody american site innit..) before someone dropped a link in there to both UKP and Porka... the coin came down on this side first

Haha - actually heard about this place on Porka! That site can get pretty hectic at times, so I thought I'd come here to chillout a while.
Seems pretty good so far, and much quicker!!! I might stay a while.
Anyway, this is my first post, so hi everybody!
