I'm really jealous of you guys with them. I've seen a couple around Bristol, the blue is really great. Majorly want one.

Re: Polo Blue GT
Re the MPG- I doubt that it is in any way representative right now. Give it at least 5/6k to bed in. Considering that I'm getting around 40mpg in my old 9n Polo, with an anemic 65PS (well, 11 years ago it had 65PS), 45mpg is pretty damn great, and it's only going to get better as the engine loosens up.

Re: Polo Blue GT
Does anyone know why if you spec a blue GT with Xenon headlights, you have to sacrifice the front foglights ?
I thought the GTI and other models in the line up were available with both ? Could they be easily retrofitted ?

Re: Polo Blue GT
I saw the road test in Autoexpress. Hurrah BlueGT wins. But I wish Autoexpress would get their facts rights, I think I'm up to 3 errors/wrong info and I don't agree with one of their opinions "Fiesta ST is 3dr only so don't compare price with a 5 dr polo
ANyway loving my BlueGT and its all shiny and clean after a weekend wash
Kind regards
Andy

Re: Polo Blue GT
And then it happened... Just signed the papers today on a white 3 door BlueGT with anthracite wheels to be delivered at the end of July / start August...
With Leather/alcantara interior, MSW, Cltimatronic, auto-dimming rear view mirror, Rain sensor, heated washer nozzles, headlight washers, Foglights & Bi-xenon headlights.
I think that's about it.

Re: Polo Blue GT
Yeah. The foglights at standard here. So I just ordered it with Bi-Xenons and made sure to ask if it would lose the fogs. And it didn't.jimbo_tdi wrote:Finally! So you get the Bixenons and fogs combo in Denmark?
I asked a few GTI owners the same thing when I saw they had both xenon and fogs. But luckily they said the same.
GTI with both sets of lights:
And a TDI:
Re: Polo Blue GT
Yeah we get both sets on the SEL's/Highlines and GTI's too but I didn't think you could spec the BlueGT with both, may have something to do with VWUK though.
Re: Polo Blue GT

Well it's build in Spain... So you have to expect a Siesta or two in the proces.AAddict wrote:Congrats, but that's a crazy long time to wait.

Re: Polo Blue GT
thumbs are currently well attached to the wheel on my 35 which i am using for my 100 mile commute, 320+ bhp is fun but not frugal whilst i wait to shift the 500TA
