Hi guys,

I've wanted the auto lights for my 63 reg Polo GTI 6R. I was a bit shocked they didn't come with them as standard to be honest but obviously VW were doing a bit of a scrimp jobby with these nice features?

I have the rain sensors on my Polo (I'm under the impression this module also contains the light sensor?). Can someone confirm if this kit is still available and if it will work?

If so please let me know as this is a feature I would love to have on my car!!

The kit is available. It works seamlessly.

Your polo GTI must have:
- Rain sensor (the light sensor is in the same part)
- Factory xenon headlights.

I have looked on the web for volkswagen india to see what equipment has POLO GT 1.2TSI

According to the website has no light sensor, so it is not possible to install automatic lights OEM.

However, you can post here vcds autoscan and we can confirm which are the possibilities for retrofitting of your POLO GT.
(or a link if you already have it posted on another forum)

HI Ciclo, I am at last in the position to order the auto light kit from you.

For reference, it's for a 2013 Polo Blue GT, with factory fitted Xenon's and rain sensor. I've retrofitted from fog lamps and replaced the main light switch with one containing the front fog lamp position, so that might (or might not) need to be taken into account.

Could you PM with price and payment details please.

Are they really not too bad to fit, or do I need an auto electrician ?
