What ring of steering column has installed, the original or the which was bought with the stalks?
Check the ECU connector, all the contact terminals must be firmly seated in its slot.
... also verifies that all cables for Cruise Control System (T41, BCM, ECU) are in the correct slot.
Yes.. The same error is on the old instrument cluster.
Your old ring is different from Gannu_1 because yours is with ESP.
Your old ring Model Year "C" 2012 is different from the new ring because in Model Year D and E 2013-2014 ring and stalks were replaced in Europe, in other places remain for some time, eg India.
The problem is a failure of communication between the ECU and brake system.
Check the continuity of this wire with a multimeter, just to be absolutely certain that the fault is not in that splice.

Please do this before removing the new ring. (for my curiosity)
Show us this screen.
Do the same with your old ring... if you reinstall. Thank you.

Today I noticed that change the speed of the wipers not work. My new stalks and ring probably will not fit into my Polo..

This is very strange.
Is the connector (T41) fully seated?
The new stalks and new ring should run correctly on your 6R.
Continuity test: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Continuity_test
Also search on youtube.
Depending on the tools you have available there are several ways to check a wire. This is one of them:
Check the sewing pin previously.

However, if you're forced to change new stalks and slip ring for any reason, the exact stalks for your old ring are these: http://www.cars-equipment.com/www/en/sh ... -fabia-vw/

Thanks @ciclo!
I cut off the cruise control, I put the old shifters and went back to the old steering wheel.
And I still have the same error:
Accelerator Position Sensor (G79)
P1630 - 000 - Signal too Low - MIL ON
Load Signal
P1857 - 008 - Error Message from ECU
Together with my friend restored the car to its factory settings, but the error remained... We checked the cables connecting the gas pedal to the ECU and it turned out that one of the pins was badly connected in the plug of the ECU.
After placing everything and adapt everything works as it should:
and my new BlueGT instrument cluster:
Regards!

Excellent, two great improvements for your enjoyment.
Thank you very much for sharing the process.
At the end it turned out to be what I assumed at first.

A few days ago I did the retrofit on a 2012 6R 1.2 TSI with 087 K BCM
I am planning to install CC.
How to remove the air bag?
Pushed the metal clip down but my air bag won't pop out. both clips can be pushed down and you expect the airbag to come out . Nothing happens in my case.Any ideas?

I had the exact same problem last week to install CCS. What made it work for me was using a flat-head screwdriver to pry the spring down and then wiggling the airbag out from the bottom side of the wheel. Try that, It worked for me!
