Sure!

I bought ten of these: click

I simply soldered two of them to the + and - inside the steering wheel.
Then I taped the LED strips to the side of the airbag. That's all.

I'm sorry but I didn't make any pictures. I'll make some, the next time I remove the airbag. I had to do it in about 0 degrees Celcuis, outside.
Making pictures was not in my head, sorry.

The lighting effect is more beautiful on your steering wheel, Slavik steering wheel is out of date ...

The red LED strips on my airbag, they illuminate when the heating is enabled.

How the CCE operates the heating elements and the LED:

Good solution for your heated steering wheel ... but Slavik is going to cut your balls for violating the CCE casing.

That's fine, it's cheaper than in the hospital haha.
