I've been searching a bit, and came on topic of battery vent tube ( tube that vents hydrogen gas from the battery - in case of battery being located inside of the car or in front of air cabin intake). And
I've been looking at the pics of your retrofit and cant spot it

. Did the VAG skip on this detail? What do you think, its good from safety and rust prevention aspect

What VW model are the seats you have chosen? Passat CC? or will it be an in depth mod?

Passat B7 cc with some upgrades like ventilation and massage on both sides. Parts will come at the end of the week to finish it.
I will post some more info later on the details. Even Slavik was impressed.

I'm also interested into seeing this mod. If you could post an image of how you bolted the seat to the chassis. I saw someone use a bolt and a nut...

Work in progress...

Passat CC base with full electric seats
Passat B7 module for the driver
Passat B8 airbags
Custom seat heating to circumvent 5K0 module
Passat B8 memory button module + wiring for driver seat
Arteon 3H backrest + module + wiring loom for passenger for massage function + 1Z0... 3-pin button
Oem seat ventilation 3C0963... Added
T17 wiring layout from 3G0 scheme
Now just need to wait for some parts from the dealership and align the holes in the seats with the holes in the car

Logically, you had already done a thorough study on these seats when you asked me about the terminals of the T17 connector, everything now makes clear sense.

Without having investigated this matter, I suppose that the holes for fixing these seats will need your creativity, always keeping in mind what is related to safety.
Although I don't need to say it,
Thank you very much for sharing!
Good luck with this upgrade/improvement.
