Small Update. Got the heated seats working!
Lots of wiring!!
How the wires come out from the carpet! OEM!!
Switches with Illumination working!!
And i put a relay in just to stop people leaving them switched on and getting a flat battery!!
Ive been busy seriously looking at doing a 1.8T conversion. Ive even got some people willing to help me!! Looks like im going to use the AUM engine so i can still have fly by wire for cruise control

while trying to keep it as OEM as possible!!

Nice work mate. Look forward to seeing the 20V T conversion. I am collecting parts for doing one myself so will be interesting to see what route you take

I'm gunna buy a slammed up the arse mk4 golf! Take all the bits off I need so far I know that I'm gunna use MK4 engine mounts because apparently don't need to cut a huge bit out the chassis leg for gearbox to clear! And R32 dog leg gearbox mount. Biggest issue I can see is the wiring loom!!

I fitted some ghetto blasters this morning.

They sound banging!!
I also didn't need any spacers for the speaker fitment!!
I've also used the wiring that was already there only because of that stupid plug on the car body!!
