In addition to everything mentioned above, and within the possibilities of having made a mistake when doing the electrical installation, and since the original T17/4 and T17/7 wires have the same color, I wonder if whoever did the electrical installation confused these wires.
The correct one to transfer to the coupling is T17/7.
The T17/4 is the one that should be isolated.
IMP. Check diagrams, guide/instructions on page 3.

Hello Ciclo,
It has been a long time. I hope you are doing well.
I'm writing to you again because I'm still trying to solve one remaining issue after completing the BCM MAX retrofit on my 2014 Skoda Rapid.
The retrofit is based on your wiring diagrams and recommendations. My BCM is 7H0 937 090 D (H78 0726).
The current status is:
Rain/Light Sensor works correctly.
AUTO headlights work correctly.
Coming Home / Leaving Home work.
Flash-to-pass works normally.
When I pull the stalk, the high beams switch on and the blue high beam indicator lights up.
However, when I push the stalk forward, the high beams do not latch on and the blue indicator does not illuminate.
I also carried out several tests:
I checked the BCM long coding in detail using LCode. I could not find anything obviously wrong.
I tested different Byte 18 Light Setup configurations, but there was no change.
In 09 - Central Electronics Output Tests, all other lighting outputs work correctly, but the high beam output does not activate at all.
Since the high beam also does not work during Output Test, I no longer think the problem is related to the steering column switch.
Do you think this could be caused by:
an incorrect wiring connection,
an incorrect BCM parameter set (dataset),
or is there something specific in the long coding that I may have overlooked?
If you have time, could you please have another look at my retrofit? I would really appreciate your advice because this is the only remaining issue preventing the retrofit from being fully OEM.
Thank you very much for all your previous help.
Best regards,
Ömer

If you've finally decided to personally check the wiring that others installed (I don't remember exactly), refer to the explanations/posts I made here where the diagrams are located.
I haven't checked this thread again, but in case I didn't mention it, channels 53 and 54 of the BCM should both have a value of 0 (this affects the behavior of the high beams and other functions).
I wish you the best of luck from the bottom of my heart!

Thank you for your reply, Ciclo.
I checked Adaptation channels 53 and 54. Both are already set to 0.
I also performed Output Tests in module 09.
All lighting outputs work correctly except the high beam output.
During the Output Test, the BCM never activates the high beam output.
Flash-to-pass still works normally, but the latched high beam and the BCM Output Test do not.
Does this still point to a wiring issue, or could the BCM itself have an incorrect parameter set (dataset) or output configuration?

The BCM 7H0937090D should work correctly according to the coding.
Please post a recent/fresh VCDS autoscan.
The most likely cause is a wiring installation issue. However, this BCM can be flashed to 7E0937090(x) (higher than 7H0) if you need to run tests to rule out a firmware problem.
If you personally lack the skills ot tools to perform checks, we won't achieve the magic moment of the solution.

Thank you for your reply.
I have attached the fresh VCDS Auto-Scan you requested.
As you mentioned, the problem could indeed be related to the wiring, so we are going to check the entire wiring installation again.
Is there any specific wire, connector, pin, or circuit that you would recommend checking first based on my symptoms?
Thank you again for your time and help.

A good starting point before checking the installed wiring would be to code the BCM as follows:
Currently, the hexadecimal value of
Byte18 Bit5 is 41...
... and should be 61...
For a direct change:
Copy and paste the following
new BCM coding.
7A980B2000C32C00010806B07EEB9EC8EE80610F60AE2041020000024000
If it still doesn't work, proceed to check the wiring. You should primarily focus your check on this part of the wiring (
"wire to T73a/62"):
viewtopic.php?p=606992#p606992 indications in green on the diagram (do not confuse with T73b/52).

Hello Ciclo,
I changed the coding exactly as you suggested (Byte 18 from 60 to 61), but unfortunately there was no change.
The high beam still does not activate during the BCM Output Test, and pushing the stalk forward still does not latch the high beam.
Since the high beam output is also inactive during the Output Test, I agree that the problem is probably not related to the coding.
We will inspect the wiring again, paying special attention to the T73a/62 wire as you recommended.
Thank you again for your valuable help
