thanks, her 6c only has the headlight washers because she has the oem xenon lights so no winter package (yet). maybe we'll retrofit heated seats later

POLO 6R. HEATED SEATS. OEM.
Remember that this info is for 6R, not to 6C.
I guess the installation will be very similar because parts are the same.

yep probably it will be, maybe we will update the trendline seats to comfortline seats as they are a bit more comforable and then we'll have seats with factory heating installed
Re: ciclo's Polo. R-line 1.2 TSI 90hp 119gr.
do you maybe have a link to where you ordered the black washer reservoir cover?
my dealer can only order for me the 1K0 955 455 but they say that will be always blue.

ciclo, ive preliminary idea of converting my 1.2tsi dsg to 6speed manual soon. The dsg mechatronic unit really doesnt like the asian countries i think. n that cost 1000+ eur for replacement unit. do u think its an easy conversion? (sorry if this is really out of topic, but u seems to be the best guy for such questions)

Hi benzinkopf, it may seem stupid, but I've never been in this situation. I'm sorry sincerely but I can not help you in this matter.
In this forum there are many people with good technical knowledge who can advise about it.

The electrical installation is very easy as already mentioned in the previous post by iichel.
I hope you understand this simple diagram:
Connector:
Pins:(x6--->front and rear if crimped)
Standard Power Timer 5.8 mm http://www.a4-freunde.com/attachment.ph ... 1415538714
Look here wire+pin references if you need: http://www.a4-freunde.com/showwiki.php? ... zu+gehoert
Remove:

The wires with cloth tape and running under the carpet up to the area of the armrest.
Sorry, there are no pictures of this process. Do it like you know.
thanks for the answer, now I'm waiting for the pieces to the change, in the meantime I would ask whether these arrows LED rear are good for our polo: http://it.aliexpress.com/item/2pcs-lot- ... dVersion=1
and if this white bulb good for reversing light: http://it.aliexpress.com/item/Hot-selli ... dVersion=1
and if you know the code of mask manual climate of polo gti / r-line 6c

Re: ciclo's Polo. R-line 1.2 TSI 90hp 119gr.
The reverse light is indeed a P21W light. You might have to disable the error diagnistics with vcds.
The indicators will work with LED, but as written in this topic somewhere, you may have to update the BCM software to make it work. The socket for the rears is PY21W

Apart from what has been said by iichel in the previous reply ,Bachecco wrote: hi ciclo,

But are you sure that is interchangeable between 6C and 6R?

Hey ciclo,
I was wondering about retrofitting tire pressure monitoring (TPMS) in the Polo. I guess you have factory fitted fitted TPMS but maybe you know what is needed.
Do you know if the TPMS system is already in the control module and can simply be activated and reset by VCDS? I've read that is the case for the mk5/mk6 Golf. And do you know if the TPMS reset button wiring is simply plug and play?

Re: ciclo's Polo. R-line 1.2 TSI 90hp 119gr.
I think the first question to ask yourself is why the WRC does not have TPMS factory. I do not know.
At first it is not Plug & Play, however I think it is not hard to do because you only need to install the SET button and four cables on your WRC.
Three cables to the same points as the ESP button and a cable to ABS unit.
As in this diagram:
For coding I think it's a little more complicated, but we can try.
I think you have to do the basic settings of TPMS system into ABS unit. This is easy holding the SET button.
Also the system must be activated in the instrument cluster.
The problem is that on ABS units I have very little information and these have been updated several times for Polo 6R.
We can try, unless someone enlighten us and tell us that is not possible.
According Elsawin would be possible.
