I'm not sure how many GT owners there are 2 (including me for definite). But has anyone had any problems with theres so far?

My problems to be fair aren't model specific but it just pisses me off that i've had it two f***ing weeks and twice the airbag light has come on, will be the third time the sensor will have been replaced (was replaced just before i picked the car up).

The other thing is the pipe to the washer bottle for the front washers has popped off, nicely leaking the contents of the washer bottle where ever the car is. Therefore making it illeagal for me to use my car as i can't clean my windscreen. Absolutely f***ing fantastic when that's the only car you can drive on a sunday and you can't.

Why the f*** did i get another polo??

Both little niggles of problems but both equally annoying when you've just shelled out on a brand new GT I'm sure! My GTi was back in the garage maybe half-a-dozen times in my first twelve months of ownership despite it being three years old at the time. Teething troubles for you I hope!

Bit poor of the dealer to not have fixed the airbag sensor first time around but they'll get it sorted

Any how it's just annoying, I never had the small problems like this with my 1.2 .

you just care for your GT a lot, even little problems you find annoying,

screen wash happens to quite a lot of ppl.. (not mine, yet!) but my windscreen washer cover (the blue lid thingy) keeps on opening up by itself
and im worried bout it spilling every where and dont even know it!

your airbag issue sounds like a fault, warrenty fix again

apart from that, my wipers screech my windscreen each time i use them, and i had creaky suspension....


just chill, sit back and enjoy the GT
