I've heard rumours that an Ashley 4 branch manifold is a good budget buy

I want one of these myself as i cant bring myself to pay the extorsionate prices people want for a stainless steel version

Sorry i can't think of anywhere to buy one of these online right now :?

you dont really get much of a gain on a standard GT with a 4 branch.....

... if yours is a H or J reg getting de-catted will give you some more power.

ashley manifolds can be made to fit, but they are about 6 inches too short and need a nut welding on for the lambda probe.

i got my ashley from Rally Design for £108, down side is they rust quite quickly so you need to take off the powder coating and paint with hammerite. If you can afford stainless best bet is to go that way, sebring make these

Sebring don't make stainless manifolds for the polo.

I can get proper Mk 3 polo 4-2-1 stainless manifolds that are a straight fit and very good quality. Trying to get some done now. They are not as cheap as Ashely and come in at £260, but you pay for what you get.
