Sorry 4 this rant. feel free 2 ignore it

Jst had a visit from an independant insurance advisor who is employed by my insurance company2 come 2 my house & do an interview about the crash i had a few weeks ago. so fair enough, all seems fine, but all she done was take a report of my opinion of the accident. So i gave her all the details in my opinion, even though i had 2 do the exact same thing last week on an accident report form & send it away 2 my insurance comp & had 2 explain the whole story 2 4 other ppl over the fone.
Anyway, she was here for over 2 hours, bloody over 2 hours of me telling her the same story over & over & over & over & over & over again. I feel like i ma 1 track record, im bloody sick of it. I no she was jst doin her job but im so sick of having 2 explain the whole story 2 so many ppl & no1 seems 2 pass on the details 2 each other.

Ok rant over, ill go cry in a corner now........

p.s- To Genesis GT (Richard) theyre coming for u next, so beware! she said she phoned u but only got an answer machine

Ah insurance companies, where the left arm doesn't know what the right arm is doing.

Hmm, how difficult can we make it to get money off us?

Bastards.

Did you have to draw diagrams? I did!

my girlfriend hasn't really had n e probs with her insurance company to be honest! i spose it helped that no one else was involved and she only suffered from slight wiplash!

amazingly, they are fixing her car even though removing it from a ditch using a strop through the windows which bent the doors in! would of thought it was a write off! amazing really!

hope everything gets sorted mate!

On the plus side, some1 has actually bothered 2 listen 2 me. When i spoke 2 my insrance comp they told me id be getting a smallish car (listed a Corsa or Micra as examples). I asked wot sort of "smallish" cars they could get me & @ this point i was told it would be a punto but i thought id try my luck & ask 4 a Polo, but they said they didnt have anything available, but 2 my suprise they delivered me a '54 plate Polo this morning! :D Yay a polo 4 me!
