Golf II 16v in a MK2?

Anyone see any potential pitfalls of running a Golf 16V MK2 engine in a MKII coupe S?
I've got both cars, and want to make one out of the two, the Polo has the 1300cc golf engine anyway, so I can't see why it couldn't be done.
