Speaker Rattle

Recently upgraded the speakers in the front doors, but the new speakers are a lot deeper than the vw standard ones and the passenger side one has developed a rattle now. I thought it was because it was vibrating off a bar that runs down the door,but after covering that with some foam it still rattles a bit. any ideas on how i could stop it?
