H&R springs..

I think ive decided on H&R over Eibach, as ive been told the handling is better, and the ride more comfortable. (unless im told otherwise..)

the thing is, who sells H&R?

Eibach is everywhere, but H&R seems hard to find.

Even Demon Tweeks dont list them.

Anyone got any contacts? Rough Prices?

Cheers.

Get Eibach, they offer the best ride for stiff springs out there. You will not regret it. I wouldnt even touch another brand of springs, i asked about 11 garages and they all told me to get Eibach. They where not wrong...

Its like having a go cart.

Yeah but its only 30mm lowered. Its really amazing how much the handleing improved, my mate got the same springs a year ago for his clio, once id drove it before and after i had to get some.

Get the H&R...

You won't regret it.

Its ALMOST as "confortable" as the stock suspension, but they handle like FCKAS!!!!

I'm wearing H&R's with Bilsteins now and its AWSOME.... 8) 8)

I've got the H&R's that were on Josh's old gti, they're a great improvement over standard!

I had a lot of trouble finding them in the shops so thats why I got 2nd hand... good luck searching!

Hm, i phoned, awesome gti, halfords, revolution, tusami racing... to name a few and they all said go for eibach over H&R..

Seems weird that you guys disagree, each to there own. I would get collies but im on 17s and its tight enough with 30mm drop as it is. Im after a Polo or Lupo Gti next so i think collies can wait. Thinking about waiting another year and getting a TT. Insurance wudnt touch me last time i checked.

Well think at what you are saying...

You are comparing what the shops are telling you as opossed to what the users say.

As far as i can tell, companies might be giving different profit ratio for the Eibach springs, they might have them in stock over H&R or even be to lazy to order them...

I've had people on Eibach tell me they are too "hard" for the car without any notisable improvement over H&R on handling.

Anyway the decision is yours...

i doubt most people would try BOTH eibach and h&r springs on their own car.

I think CBurns has eibach springs and 17" RS4s on his gti and if i remember rightly he said it was a hard ride
