more to the point can someone tell me why you had to tell everyone of your stupidnes!! teeheehee!!!
You need an indestructable nokia (yes, i know that 'indestructable' and 'nokia' really dont go together in the same sentence..) I have the little rubber phone that nokia do (dont know the model number) and so far NOTHING I have done to it has broken it. Its been slammed against tables and thrown at walls in drunken stupers!! I've submerged it completely in a pint of orange juice. I've dropped it too many times to recall yet the damn thing comes back for more!!!
Did the wash break yours???

Man that sucks.
I've had a XXL cup of cappuchino gone over my phone once, it actually survived that. It didn't live through a fall from the table though.
Phones. They die quicker than flies.

@ash - rub it down with a tooth brush. and don't put it near any heat (radiators, fires etc...) to dry it out.

karl ivh had it stripped ll afternoon and ive just cleaned and reassembled but a couple of diode are blown (one is actully missing the diode and theres just 2 tags) and after reassembly ive checked and its dead
so
i stripped my 5110 as it had a previous fault but it turns out that its dead too
so
i found by 3210 and stripped and rebuilt that but the screens dead
so im now thinking about where i can find a charger foir a "banana phone" you know the first fone nokia did with a navi key
so as of now i am mobileless
ps always back up your phone, phone book as i have now lost all my numbers that wernt on the sim

(there were a lot of lasses too

:( )
