SUTTON G40 ... grey ... tuesday night

This week has been so f*ckoed that i forgot til now....
You were coming down the steep hill to the traffic lights where Monmouth Drive meets Wyndley Road, at the girls school playing fields, turning right (or indicating at least) and at least one mate in the car.
I was in the passenger seat of a ratty white escort on way t'pub about 8.45pm, coming up the hill and going left (ie same exit). Tried to get they driver to honk and wave but was denied (classic response - rather than obey when told to do something "quick!!!", she paused and said "eh? why?" ...... then we were past the lights. Argh!).
Don't know what happened to you after that - looked in mirror but never saw you make the turn or reappear at all.
Come on, i've gotta get a confirmed sighting one day
Looked like a completely stock grey G, but kept nicely. Badge was obvious from miles away!
