Spark plugs

After cleaning out my throttle body and changing my spark plugs, does anyone know roughly how long my car may run a little s**t for (technical phrase!!!)?? 
From my experience adaptation takes 2 steps.
One at 500 Km after reset (you did remove the battery pole right...)
and a 2nd one at 1500 Km which give the final values...
