just looking for some how to do pix of a 1.3cl to GT engine conversion.
as far as i know, i hopefully have everything needed to perform the conversion, ie... engine (complete), wiring loom (complete), ECU, etc.
the one thing i dont have is a fuel pump from a GT, will this be needed to make the car run & drive for a considerable amount of time without any damadge to the engine?

All fuel pumps are not the same.
The GT/G40 has an uprated pump to cope with the higher demands for fuel. However, you should get away with it for a GT conversion. I'm still using my 1.0l pump with no problems at all, although I'm going to change it soon just for completeness.
I've recently converted mine to a GT, however, I only have pictures of the re-build itself and therefore will be of no use to you.
You don't really need pictures anyway, as it's just a case of removing the old engine and wiring loom (everything up to the fuse box), putting the GT wiring loom in (both sides), drop the GT engine in, plug all the wiring up and plumb the heater matrix in, swap the fuel pipes over (or just cut the banjo connectors off the end) and the rest is just putting the airbox on, ignition components etc...
You'll be reet!
