Hi Everybody, i'm new to this forum.
I've just bought myself '97 Polo 16v (6N) to replace my Mk3 Fox Coupe. It's only been on the drive a day and the 'Polo' & '16v' have been removed and a stubby aerial is on it's way. However, i have a few questions for you seasoned polo modifiers!?!
I've tracked down a 16v rear spoiler (VAG part i believe) but is this the matching front splitter ?
Now i've removed the badges from the rear the smoked originals look a little sad, so any ideas on who does these lights ?
I'm also thinking of getting some Lupo GTi (Aero?) wipers. How easy/hard are they to fit and which bits would i need?
Any info on any of the bits would be most appreciated.
I would have posted earlier but i've been too busy exploring the forum!

welcome aboard!
not sure on the splitter to be honest
the lights are clear Hella LED ones, but tinted red everywhere apart from the led side light area. you'd have to DIY this.
not sure about the wipers either!
ah well, 1 out of 3

I haven't put any pics up yet. It really needs a clean first. Black gets so dirty, so quickly!
Looks like have to DIY me some rear lights.
I'll have a search on here for the rest. Someone's got have done it before!
It also appears i failed to add any details of myself in my top post. My name's Paul, i'm 20 and live in Telford, Shropshire.
Cheers Folks!

IIRC those lights belong to Robin from Porka? There clear Hella LED ones then sprayed with red tinting spray to replicate the Audi S3 lights...
That top splitter is either a Regier or a Mattig one, can't remember which.
Speedlaw has fitted Lupo wipers to his Polo, I think it was a bit fiddly but not too bad, try pm'img him.

Does that Polo belong to Bert (?!?!?) from Cleaned ?
Found the splitter, JE Designs Lip Spoiler.

Rieger UK want £155 for it - Is that about right?
Cheers for the other info/pics folks!

Just found my PVW mag with the Extreme Wheels show in.
It is Daggie's Car.
Bert's looks the same-ish only Darker.
Both exceptional cool and very, very CLEANED ! ! ! !

Im not 100% sure on the splitter but this is one of those things which you really need to play with and if you like it keep it - everyone to their own
Those rear lights on the silver polo - Thats Scott's (ICEYPOLO) setup, a set of clear hella's with savage tint spray
As for the aerowipers easy mod - just a matter of swapping them with another set...Martyn @ VAGPARTs can sort you out just ask for a aero wiper kit for 6n2 which will sort out the front then just order a rear one with them too should set you back too much

The rear aero wiper will be interesting to fit... on a Polo 6n the wiper parks on the left of the window and on the 6n2 the rear wiper parks on the right. So your best bet would be a rear wiper from a Polo estate - easier to fit, looks just as good and is probably cheaper than the aero wiper

the front splitter is a JE design one
both me and my girlfriend have one
in fact the blue one in the picture is my girlfriends polo
its £135 + vat then painting on top which comes to about £200 for a piece of plastic
the rear lights in the picutre on the left is my car
they are LED lights tinted with red spray
as for the rear wiper its off a polo mk5 estate and not a aerowiper
its just the cover which actually covers the whole blade
mine cost me £15 or so at the stealers
