Bloody Wing Mirrior!!!

Got up this morning to find sum wee arsehole(excuse the lingo but am raging) aye sum wee...has boken my wing mirrior. went to veedub an got told it will cost 150quid to fix!!! WTF!! seemingly cause the gti is heated an electric its more expensive!! as u can imagine am absolutley fuming!!

just change the original mirror and get M3, M4, M6, M8, Obus (I don't know in English), F1....
it's time to forget the original vw parts

Sorry to hear about that... It's a real pain.
The price VW quoted you... I'm assuming that included painting?
If so, get just the part and take it to a painter. It will be much cheaper that way.

that wont be incl paint, my dad used to have a volvo* and his was £170 in the box from the dealer
this is due to volvo using 3 motors unlike everyone else using 2. but yes that is about right price wise for an oem part. all of a suddedn those after market m3`s dont look so pricy do they?
* the volvo was a 760GLE completly stock, completly sleeper
met blue estate (looks like the 740) old man driving, but packing 2.9 liters of v-6 produced, slippy dif controled, rwd driftin` obcenity. now let me ask you; have you ever got a rwd car sideways, thats pushing 2 ton. I have and beleve me when i say its fun
those saxos at the lights never figured it out hahaha dont ya love oem volvos
