What annoys you when you ring your dealer???

and i mean VW dealer not any other type.

It annoys me so much when i ring my local dealer and they ask what the problem is.....

Then she says "Oh ok well if you give me your number i will get someone to call you back"

Then you have to explain it all again when they finally (normally after 4 hours!!!) ring you back.

Why not pay that first bint to book your car in instead of taking a bloody message - would save there phone bill too and my frustration of waiting for them to call - as i usually miss there call and have to call them back and wait for them call me back.

So what gets your anger level rising.......

Luckily I've made friends with a few lads there so I make sure they ring me back straight away lol and I get 15% off all parts which is a bonus.

I don't ring them any more cos they're a much of moneygrabbing cnuts who think everyone is either on warranty or just going to pay whatever they ask! and they never offer a courtesy car

saying that, the Parts desk people are normally very good.
