Because I want to do a lot of body work to a polo 9n but she's so new and in good condition I'd rather get a written off one and start all over again.

I know its a bit of a surprise but I want to put in a new engine and change the body work and there is no point doing it to a car that has nothing wrong to its bodywork.

:o

Makes sense though I guess, if you're thinking of a new engine and major bodywork then a not-quite-so-new Polo would be the sensible thing to do...

Good luck with the sale though

Best shot at selling it as it is is eBay- will get a better reception on there as most people looking for cars on autotrader are looking for just that- cars, nothing special.

Good luck with the sale though, let us know how you get on.:)

Yeah i agree, if i where you i would take the rear lights off and remove the install. Then try selling it on ebay. People will then think that its just top of the range with all the leather. Not modified. I found that they go for a top spec car before a modified one.

Modified Polo GTi's only seem to fetch 4,500-5,000 on ebay but totally standard ones seem to get 5,000 - 6,000.
