Somewhere that will actually stretch tyres on?

phoned a few and got "how do you mean stretched, come down with a picture so i can see"

Hope someone may know somewhere that will do this so i can stop wasting time speaking to muppets!

Scotts Tyres on Barrack Road will probably do it.
