Where is the best place to get new sills for a saloon

i've just took the girlfriends mk2 saloon in to a mates for some welding work and while it was up on the ramp we noticed the sills were basicly knackered. Does anyone know where I can get hold of some replacements? any help would be greatly appreciated as i'm pretty much stumped as to where I can get some from
