What can i do to this car,preferably on the cheap, to make it: 1- GO!
2: Get round corners better!!.....please help

Welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately the 1.3 cl engines aren't very tuneable. It all depends on how much you want to spend and what gains you want. The best way of getting more go, is to put either a GT or G40 engine in it.
Suspension, again it all depends on how far you want to go etc. First thing would be to get a suspension lowering kit, preferebly springs and shocks.
Fitting a rear anti-roll bar makes them handle better too, you could get a GT or G40 rear axle or make your own ARB. If thats not enough you could fit a lower front strut brace and poly bushes.
