Clutch Problem AGAIN!!!!

Hi everyone,
I had my clutch replaced nearly a year ago 
and I have started to notice that when I leave the car in gear on a hill it starts to move down the hill. I thing the clutch wasn't set up properly can anyone help me here?

moved FROM help forum to GTI forum
describe the moveing is it juddering or smooth or does it roll a couple of inches?

is that with the handbrake down??

yep with the hand brake down

i think you will get a very small amount of roll before the clutch engages if it keeps on rolling then definately get it checked out..( i don't think the gearbox/clutch are the best on polos...)
