My mates a gym instructor and he takes come thing called creotine (sp) it does something that allows ur muscles to work out for longer. He puts it in water and takes it for 2 weeks and the stops for 2 weeks.

for best resultss you should try and take both protein whey and creatine i believe.
one allows quicker development of muscles (whey) and the other aids in recovery.
as for actual brands i can't really help. You can get something called 100% creatine which is meant to be very good.
with regular training is suspect they would all do th job

hope ive helped

@ neilw - im assuming you mean creatine as you need to do that on and off.

@m-Madnes - Yeah whey proteins are good (Promax)

@ polo mf - I tried mixing... protein in the morning, creating later.

All these things do make you work harder but also burn more (which is b***h as im skinny enough and cant afford to lose more weight).
Also I noticed once you go off them you cant lift what you could and that makes you feel like sh!t.

I came across this on ebay,,, (scary sh!t as Im not 100% what the Fook it is)

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LEGAL-PERFORMANCE ... dZViewItem

I think Im going too far with this business (I've got a screw loose somewhere Im telling ya) :?

I wouldn't trust anything like that to be honest, not unless I was getting it from a Gym!

Yeah tell me about it...

Might give you god knows what side effects..

Its just these things keep teasing me & I wanna cheat my way forward haha

Since Panaxo-sides are suitable for both men and women, do not have androgenic side-effects, and (currently) are suitable for use in drug tested competitions.

Haha Currently :?

Im pretty skinny so want to bulk up... I try not to take it too seriously but sometimes (like now) I just feel a bit ambicious

stay away from all that wat ever the gym's reputation is ! its all rubbish and as some as u stop workin out for a week or break your routine it turns into fat and energy u dont use , resulting in u gettin fatter or jus putting on the odd pound or two ! surely pure man strength and determination is better ! happy muscle building

I would highly recomend ProMass suppliment drink it is developed with the famauos bodybuilder Dorian Yates I've been using it for over a year now and with a good diet of 3 high protein meals a day I have gained 15-pounds in weight which is mainly muscle.

As for creatine, it depends how long you have been training, dont start taking it straight away as you will see no difference, train for about 2-3 months then try it. I would go for Creapure this 100% pure creatine and it works really well.

Steraroid like items just fook you up. Your vein pop out or your body and you look like a wierdo. Eat right and train hard.

that stuff on ebay seems slightly mental, surly 22x more of this stuff is going to cause some side effects

I'm muscle training atm and all ive done is upped my natural protein intake and started training hard

it works... supplements = cheat! :P

I don't really need to read into it, I think I know enough about it..
I was just curious if anyone else knew any other supplements that I've not heard of & if they are any good.

Injury's cause a minor set back so thats when the supplements need to come in.
