Hi!
Any ideas what my car would look like if it were to be dropped by 65mm?
Thanks

Maybe something like this, I brightened the picture up quite a bit so you could see the car better.

I need mine dropped soon & havent done no research...
Theres coilovers & theres just springs right? Whats better?
Anyone know roughly how much labour charge is for this work to be done?
Cheers!!

There's sports suspension as well, a good option for between £180-350
can't change the ride height though (obviously).
TBH Aaron, it's a bit outside my budget too, but don't want to get
something too cheap, that won't last. I had thought about H&R sports
suspension (50mm drop), but I'm not sure what it would look like!?

when i lowred me polo on spax springs it was £85ish for the springs and then (as i'm a mechanical novice) i took it to vw to have them fitted and they said it would be an hour a corner at £45 an hour so i paid about £180 for fitting

i got my springs from euro car parts, £63, then made my boyfriend fit them for free

and he had the same make of springs on his polo for 2 1/2 years before he sold the car and he had no probs with the springs

yeah i had no problems either, no scrubbing at all but i didn't really expect them to at a 35mm drop.

i PM'd Petrified recently and he told me that on 16" with 205/45/16 (VW wheels) rubs on full lock, and its lowered 50mm at the front
