Adjust washer jets...how?

I've had a look on mine and i cant figure out how to adjust them. Not the usual pin in the hole and move as they spray in a wide mist. My passenger one is only spraying on the base of the screen and needs raising.
Both look the same either side so i'm wondering if the pipe has popped off or been pulled off when i asked them to fix the rear washer...wouldn't surprise me tbh.
Anyone know how to view the underside of the washer to check?
Edit - Appears you can't adjust them, rang VW as I'm impatient. Apparently as I'm not using VW screen wash like i should be with my fan jet washers it could be blocked slightly and in their words "poke around in the jet with a pin, or book it in to the workshop"
I asked how i check the pipe hasn't popped off, do is it just under the sound proofing "oh i couldn't tell you that, if you need to go to that extend then book it in to us"
At this point i decided to end the call rather than call him a cu**.

What a prat he was, trying to get even more cash out of you
When my washer jet was spraying all over the shop, I opened my bonnet and took a look at it, realised it had come 'unclicked' from its true position, so simply clicked it back in place - water then shot out fine
I recon I must have knocked it out when washing the car, as I found a small piece of yellow sponge stuck in it hehe
Hope this helps?
You should be able to see the water pipe or evidence its not connected (i.e. wet patch on the sound proofing)

Gonna go out to check the car in a bit - when its warmer to check.
I dont pay for most things now - even though the car is out of warranty. The car has been back for the same problem 7 times now and they still haven't rectifed it. The FOH manager and myself are on first name terms and i just saying oh this is broken...and its done when i go back. Shame they can't stop that stupid rattle, it gets louder everytime it comes out from them, so it goes back the week after lol

Wayside Dunstable will be getting a letter with a copy also sent to VW head office in Milton Keynes - handy i work in MK so will hand deliver it.
Although i must admit the FOH manager has been really really helpful.

my parents have had nothing but bother with st albans, mum bought a brand new golf V5 in late 2003, when her and my dad were there last, the guy who sold it to her approached her and started telling her that the new golf 'fixed' a lot of flaws and she should thing of upgrading, er hello, you sold her an 18k car two years ago!!
the service they've had has been shoddy, rude, and expensive, and this also applies with my sisters polo, suffice to say they've only seen me when i need some screenwash lol
my fave example of bad service was when mum had her beemer, p reg 3 series coupe, 2.8l, leather blah blah, metalic silver/blue - well it had its service, the dealers came and collected it...tick tock tick tock...
later that day the doorbell rang, she opened it and a bmw guy was standing there with they keys - here you go, all finished - my mum looked at the tatty m reg 318 black four door behind him, hubcaps etc - 'thats not my car', 'yes it is mrs ***" lol - the red faces when they realised, after they'd argued of course.
or the time they had it for a service and put the bonnet straight down onto the floor, taking all the paint off the front edge, they had to respray the whole thing, i could go on and on.
suffice to say i dont trust dealers lol
