posting pic problems

i just got a new gt and i wanted to post some pics of it before i start doing it up. can anyone tell me how cause u cant just post pics straight on this site?
visit http://www.imageshack.us to host them. Then copy the link called > thumbnail for forums 2
paste it in a post and hey presto
