Yeah no problems mate. Probably attempt it during the week now as i cant seem to find any around local shops :(

BTW, Dino, i read a post about you having a rattle in the door and it was the seat belt pretentioner. Did u sort of get the noise more from the drivers door though, as the pretentioner is behind the rear door card aint it? Ive got a similar problem, only when u listen to music though. Above a certain level the door there is a very annoying rattle from the door (where the grap handle is...I have the flat one with the electric window switches) and one just behind the back of the driver seat (pretentioner im suspecting). But as i have the poo standard speakers im guess it might just be them :?

Did u tighten the pretentioner yourself? is it hard?

Cheers

VW did all the work on the rattle. Whether or not it was the seat belt pretensioner is a different matter as it's been back several times for the same rattle where it was also the door seal and then also the door lock, Still rattling but there replacing parts for free so cant complain.

I wish i could help and say what it could be but not even VW can after 8 times.
