where can i order a bmc cda with the breather filter from or do i hve to get a breather filter seperate???????

you could try motorsportworld.co.uk, but whoever you use, you're best to ask them if it includes the extra filter in the kit.

If you after a BMC I recommend using this guy who sell's on ebay. Here's a link to one of his auctions

If you contact him asking for what your after he'll make sure you get a competitive price I got mine from him delivered within a few days with all the kit for Â£150.
