Seems like a fair description Dan, basically it seems that because it has vauxhall headlights they're calling it a Vauxhall Seat Ibiza
Not too sure about the "It's fitted with the genuine Vauxhall radio" bit?

Done a few times around the clock but is now showing 54,362!

What the hell else needs to be said? Find his address and burn the chuffin' thing before anyone else makes the mistake of bidding on it. If he hasn't bothered to even 3PTF this little beauty then his bad (if not, i guess the money must have gone elsewhere... hmm, i wonder where?).
Vauxhall Seat.... jeez.
BTW, it has no nasty rust patches - just several nice, very artistic ones.
