Mk5 TDi ?

Was down lakeside today doing some shopping driving back I saw a mk5 Polo silver 5dr had a look at the rear and it was a TDi badge with the red i like the GTi.
is this a stick on as I didnt know mk5 had a TDi, if so is this a turbo.

I is a legit model, yes. It's a 1.4-litre 3 cylinder pump-düse unit, can't remember how much power it pushes out but I think it might be around 75-90bhp?
Usually has the Kylami 6-spoke alloys and most IIRC were SE spec so kitted out nicely

Yea had a quick autotrader search, I wonder wants the torque like on it does it pull like a train....
Any 1 on here has 1 ?

yep they certainly did a turbo diesel mk5
all be it not as powerful as the turbo golf engines!

they also did an SDI, there is a white one with roof bars down the road from me!!

I have a mk5 TDI, mine has got red DI though dont know if there is any difference. Standard ouput is 75 bhp and i think 144lb.ft of torque. I bought a second hand tuning box which has made it much quicker (taken about 2 seconds off most times).

Yeah mine was like that (i think) before i took the badges off. And yes 75bhp standard.
