Sorry if this doesn't belong in this section.
Bought the FK lexus style taillights from Venom Motorsport and the left hand side has appeared to have got a leak, now i can't quite figure out where the leak has come from. For people whohave seen the back of the lights they have three bent rubber bits (dunno what they do) on the bottom light and one of the IS split, so if anyone has had experience with this, could this be my problem, it is only a teeny split??
My other question is with this do i have a right to deman for an exchange coz surely this means they're faulty? Venom didn't sound to keen on having them back and were quite adament it was my fault

, are they right to be like this??

legal standpoint -
14 day moneyback refund
28 day faulty product exchange
12 month manufactuers warrenty
This is all your legally entitled to - anything else is a good will gesture by the seller.

Thank you, well i've only had them since wednesday! I'm drying them out, going to give him a chance, perhaps seal up the split rubber bit and see what happens, what dya think?

If you want to seal the rubber bit you should be careful, so that you can undo whatever you did. Otherwise they might refuse to take it back, even though you tried to fix their mistake...

That's true, the bloke at venom told me to try sealing it with something and if that still doesn't work send them back however if he is trying to pull a fast one i'd better not, urgh just not having a good day today

Little update on the situation, i have now got my second set and the left one leaked again, guess it wasn't that much of a fault with the last set

just a fault in general, put some rubber tape stuff round the square hole on the car to form a tighter seal, hopefully this'll work!
