Servicing

Just need the car serviced to keep the car up to scratch 
I got a quote from VW and they said £106 for a oil change and inspection service. He also offered another which included the filter changes and plug changes for £360.
My car has only had two services and is sitting just a few hundred miles short of 27,000 altogether. Can any1 advise which to go for, as VW are just saying your choice, or go for the expensive one anyway
