I've just smoothed my own bumpers for my 1.9 TDI Sport.
They look the dog's bits.
The bad thing is that it took me 3 solid days to get them perfect.
I work for Jaguar in Lincoln and we charge labour out at £35 ph... this would work out expensive.
Will put some pics up if anyone intersted?????
Bought the car as a Cat D write off... Looking better now.

Im currently in the process of smoothing my bumpers, but also with to smooth my rub strips but have no idea how to fill the holes behind them, i heard that welding will make the metal distort and i cant think of any other way. Any advice????

Plastic welding is the best solution finished with slight filler.

any holes in bodywork need welding, do not just slap fibreglass/fibrefill on, it will sink/crack in no time
